Introduction

Grupo EPM is moving forward with determination toward a gradual energy transition.

The business group is consolidating its diversification strategy toward NCRE (Non-Conventional Renewable Energy) sources and promoting innovative projects in Colombia. This approach seeks to strengthen the energy mix by integrating sources such as solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and biogas, while maintaining hydroelectricity as a fundamental pillar of renewable and efficient energy.

In the Colombian market, EPM has implemented a comprehensive plan that includes the development of its own projects, the acquisition of strategic projects from third parties, and the promotion of large-scale solar self-generation.
