Represents the principles, standards, values, processes, and practices that underpin the business group’s actions, denoting the balance and independence between the District of Medellín and the Grupo EPM’s business management, enabling transparent decision-making with its stakeholders and based on business sustainability.

The demands of investors and other stakeholders for the adoption and promotion of sound governance for sustainability require ethical and transparent decision-making both within the Organization’s governing bodies and in its relations with employees and external stakeholders.
